Gold Palm Fruit Bangle with Pearls

18 kt green gold ‘palm fruit’ bangle is graced with 16 of 3 mm freshwater cultured and dyed pearls. The ‘palm fruit’ bangle is an actual replica of the winter growth of the palm fruit clusters that are found on many palm trees throughout florida. After drying the stems, the red fruit falls off and what remains are the small cups that once held the fruit. Cast in gold these cups beg for a tiny pearl while those cups left unadorned resembles a delicate flower.
